I just took a Buzzfeed quiz to see what my favorite dessert was, and my result was fruit. SO TRUE. Fruit may seem boring, but you can always transform them into delicious snacks while still completely retaining their nutrition. Today I’m showing you how to make blueberry yogurt drops and strawberry nice cream. Keep on reading!
Blueberry Yogurt Drops
The ingredients are in the name, people. All you need is one container of yogurt and 1/2 cup of blueberries. (As of now my favorite yogurt brand is Siggi’s. There are usually only five or less ingredients in each container, no artificial sugars are used, the flavor is subtle, and the texture is rich and creamy.)
Plop a few blueberries in the yogurt at a time and coat them well. Place them on a sheet or plate lined with parchment paper. Freeze for about an hour, then GOBBLE!

Strawberry Nice Cream
Nice cream is essentially frozen bananas that have been pureed to mimic the creamy texture of ice cream. Instead of all the sugar and fat of ice cream, nice cream is just bananas! You can alter the basic recipe by adding in other fruits and flavors. After seeing recipes all over the Internet, I decided to give nice cream a try.
You will need:
1 banana
1 cup of strawberries
Chop fruit into small pieces and freeze overnight. Then, in a food processor, process banana until smooth. Add in half the strawberries. Once the mixture is smooth, add in the rest of the strawberries. Continue to process until the blend is completely smooth.
You can eat the mixture as soft serve immediately, or you can transfer it into a bowl and freeze it for another hour to let it harden. Once the ice cream has reached your desired consistency, drizzle with honey and top it with whatever your toppings you like.

Cheers for easy and healthy snacks to go along with the summer!
